Chobits is by far one of the CUTEST animes I have ever watched.  I was hooked right from the first episode and was super bummer when it ended.  Yes, I will from time to time respond with "chi" and I hope one day they will make it so I can have an actual Sumomo to take with me everywhere and have her hand write notes for me!

I'm sorry, but there's really no rhyme or reason for the order of these Chobits items.
